The Helios Trust is a registered charity

The Helios Trust was set up in 1995 to provide a secure long-term foundation for an holistic approach to the treatment of illness in response to the future needs of the Helios Medical Centre in Bristol. It comprised the Helios Therapy Group and the Helios National Health Service Practice and is housed in a building provided and maintained by the Trust. The Centre operated partly within the NHS, offering Anthroposophical treatments combining mainstream and other remedies as well as a range of therapies specific to the Anthroposophical approach.
The Helios Trust was responsible for the work at the Therapeutic Centre which lay outside the NHS. Therapies, such as Movement and Artistic Therapies, Metal Colour Light Therapy and Counselling.

Changes at the Helios

Unfortunately the NHS ended the provision of anthroposophical medicines from 1. April 2021.  The Helios Trust has therefore been looking at how to continue the provision of anthroposophical medicine and therapies at 17 Stoke Hill.  We will keep you updated on the details.
